Five days in the fridge from the packed-on date, which is stamped on every pack. Keep it at or below 5°C and treat that as a hard date, not a suggestion. Every pack is vacuum-sealed the day it's cooked.
Canggu, Berawa, Pererenan, Umalas, Tumbak Bayuh, Seseh, Munggu, Cemagi, Kerobokan, Seminyak and Dalung, same-day and cold-chain the whole way to your door — that is our delivery zone. Further out — Denpasar, Sanur, Kuta, the airport, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, the Bukit and Ubud — we send it by courier at the courier's own fare, with no delivery window; the cold chain is yours from the moment it leaves our kitchen, so put it straight in the fridge. Message us on WhatsApp and we will quote it.
Five portions or more inside our delivery zone: the courier is on us. Below five, GoSend or GrabExpress is the default and you pay the live fare quoted when you order, with no markup. Arrange an available kitchen pickup time; arrival is approximate. Weekly club delivery stays free; further out the courier fare is what you pay, whatever the order size.
From the fridge: two minutes in a pan or 60 seconds in the microwave. From frozen: drop the sealed pack in hot water for ten minutes. It's cooked low & slow, so it won't dry out.
Yes. That's the whole company. Sealed first, then cooked gently to temperature in the bag (never boiled, never blasted) so nothing it started with escapes. Chilled fast straight after. If a pack is ever not right, tell us.
Be reachable, and tell us up front if the bag can be left somewhere — we pass that to the rider. If nobody takes it, the bag comes back to us, and we send it again once at our cost.
We'll message you and sort it out directly. One thing isn't negotiable: chicken that's been out twice never goes back into stock and never goes to anyone else: it's thrown away. So a bag that comes back gets sent out again once, on us. After that the order is yours, and we'll say so before it happens.
