1. About us

Naked Protein is operated by [Legal Entity Name], Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. By ordering from us or joining a membership you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & delivery

Orders are placed via WhatsApp or through this site. An order is confirmed once we confirm it back to you.
We deliver cold-chain to Canggu, Berawa, Pererenan and Umalas. Delivery windows are estimates; we'll keep you posted if anything slips.
Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and may change; the price confirmed at ordering applies.

3. Membership (The Naked Club)

Memberships are weekly subscriptions of 7, 14 or 21 portions, billed weekly, with member pricing as shown on the site.
You can pause, change tier or cancel anytime before your next weekly cutoff — just message us on WhatsApp. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
The Pink Card is personal, non-transferable, and remains valid while your membership is active. Partner discounts are offered by the partner venues and may change; we'll keep the current list on the site.

4. Food safety

Keep products refrigerated (≤4°C). Consume within 5 days of the packed-on date when refrigerated, or freeze for up to 3 months.
Once thawed, do not refreeze. Follow the reheating guidance on the label.
Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens; flavoured varieties may contain soy and sesame — check the label.

5. Refunds & replacements

If a pack arrives damaged, spoiled or otherwise below our standard, message us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it. "It wasn't juicy" counts — that's the whole company.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved amicably first — talk to us, we're reasonable — and otherwise before the competent courts of Denpasar, Bali.
